release: v2.0.14 with fixed JAR name matching V1

- JAR name fixed to cw-elevator-application-V1.0.0.20211103.jar
  matching V1 production naming convention exactly
- Release bundle directory uses version+date for identification
- Update release script and POM finalName accordingly
