Initial commit: five Maven reactors and docs only

Track maven-cloudwalk-cloud, maven-cw-elevator-application,
maven-intelligent-cwoscomponent, maven-ninca-crk, maven-ninca-qk-alarm,
and docs/. Other workspace paths ignored via .gitignore.
